We are pleased to announce that we will be running Improvers sessions alongside our Senior Academy this Winter and applications are invited from archers shooting Compound, Recurve and Barebow styles.
At each of the sessions, you will have access to a coach who will help you progress your archery skills through additional coaching. The sessions will be designed to help you focus on areas of improvement and provide coaching tips which you can take away and work on in your clubs. You will also be training alongside other archers which will give you the opportunity to learn from other archers in the Senior Academy.
The sessions will be held mainly at the National Sports Centre for Wales, Sophia Gardens, Cardiff CF11 9SW and we will be aiming to hold on session in North Wales in early 2025.

Times
Sessions will be held in the afternoon and timings will be confirmed nearer the date
In order to offer coaching opportunities to as many archers as possible, we will be offering 2 or 3 sessions for each archer, depending on demand.
Archers who have already applied for the Senior Academy but have not been successful will be considered for these sessions and do not need to reapply.
